Subscription Terms & Pricing
• The First Call Tubing Membership is an annual subscription priced at $99 per year.
• Membership is intended for professional use only by licensed medical practices, surgical offices, and hospitals.
• Membership grants exclusive pricing of $109 per box of tubing (regular price: $139 per box).
• Discounted $0.99 per box shipping applies only to active members (standard shipping is $15 per box).
• Membership renews automatically every 12 months unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Renewal reminders are emailed 7 days prior to charge.
• If a renewal payment fails, members have 5 business days to update their payment method before the membership is canceled.
• Payment methods accepted: Credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
• By purchasing, you certify that your organization is authorized to procure and use medical-grade devices. A valid business license or medical tax ID may be required.
Rewards Program & Free Cannula Offer
• Members are eligible for one free cannula (valued up to $259) after purchasing 15 boxes of tubing within the same membership year.
• Free cannula must be claimed within 30 days of reaching the qualifying purchase threshold.
• Limited to one free cannula per active membership per year.
• Free cannulas are subject to availability and may be limited to specific models.
• If the requested cannula is unavailable, members may choose from a pre-approved alternative list or wait for restocking.
• Cannula model options and redemption limits are determined by First Call Tubing and may vary.
Points & Loyalty Program
• Members may earn points on purchases, referrals, and eligible activities.
• Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points expire 12 months after accrual, or immediately if membership is not renewed.
• The rewards catalog, redemption values, and eligible items are subject to change at any time.
• Members can redeem points for select products, discounts, or promotional items.
• Points balances will be emailed monthly.
Account Sharing & Transfer Policy
• Membership is limited to the individual or company that purchased it.
• Accounts may not be shared across multiple facilities unless explicitly approved.
• If an employee leaves, the membership remains with the purchasing organization.
Subscription & Program Changes
• First Call Tubing reserves the right to change pricing, benefits, or terms at any time.
• Updates will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
• If the program is discontinued, no refunds will be issued and all unused points or rewards will expire.
• Violation of terms (fraud, abuse, etc.) may result in immediate membership termination.
Tax & Compliance
• Subscription fees, purchases, and reward redemptions may be subject to applicable taxes based on shipping location.
• Customers are responsible for compliance with local and federal medical device regulations.
• This site does not collect or store protected health information (PHI) and is not intended for patient data use.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy
• Any attempt to manipulate the program—such as creating multiple accounts, submitting fraudulent claims, or abusing offers—may result in immediate termination and loss of all benefits.
• First Call Tubing reserves the right to review and audit accounts at any time.
