Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Membership may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued once payment is processed.
• Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.
• If a membership is canceled, all discounts, rewards, and unused benefits will be forfeited immediately.
Returns, Exchanges & Backorders
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
• Customers must report issues within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is covered only for defective items.
• If tubing is out of stock, members will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when restocked.
• If a free cannula is unavailable, members can wait for restocking or choose from available substitute options.
